1 The purpose of having mob pens filled with high level mobs is to allow guild members to train on the mobs in the haven world. However, I do not see their relevance in the haven world and they should be removed. Not only do they take up a lot of space and impede future construction, they also hamper farming efforts by taking up ecosystem space. The mob pens fail to fulfill their purpose as members can simply venture outside to farm them. I do not know much about the mechanics regarding haven worlds, but if it provides a 10-15% experience bonus it still does not warrant the occupation of such large swathes of precious haven world space.
1.1 All mob pens should be removed and replaced with two smaller mob pens. Each being 14x14 or anywhere close to that size, but they should be as square as possible to reduce interference with ecosystem mechanics. A small border may also be made to reduce this effect.
1.12 The first pen that should be made should be the training pen. This can be designated for mobs under level 100, and the other, above 100. Based on my experience while dwelling in the haven world and fighting mobs, they are best used for consistent mob spawning. I.e, spawning one mob every time a seed is planted, or spawning two, consistently.
1.2 Members of esteemed ranks can be assigned the role to clear mob pens at specific intervals of the day (1-3) or when requested by a member to assist the haven world manager in maintaining the area.
1.3 Obstacles such as a 4x4 square should be placed in the 100+ mob pen, this is to assist members in tackling some of the harder mobs without having to grind out hordes of inferior mobs. It adds purpose to the haven world by being a training haven that is consistent, predictable, convenient, and conductive. This has been requested by multiple times, but was however, shot down without a logical explanation, so I will mention it once more.
2 The general layout of the haven world does not encourage members to meet each other and is generally not the best design in my opinion. What should be done is having a main area that branches out to the guild amenities, akin to a flower, the entrance should lead into the guildhall and through it.
2.1 The market is currently situated in a the bottom left corner of the haven world. Being an important structure, it seems fitting for it to be placed in the middle of the haven world permitting a degree of offset.
2.2 This offset can be used to design a small area that facilitates guild meetings and events, with sufficient chairs to cater to at least 10 to 12.5% of the total guild population, encouraging discussion and a place for people to idle when real life calls.
2.3 A farming perimeter may be constructed around the perimeter of this market and hangout. During a meeting, it allows a few members to be kept occupied while staying abreast of the ongoing conversation, it also doubles as a garden when not in use.
3 I don’t know what is going on in the top right corner of the haven world due to my standing in the guild. That being said, I was here before the whole area got remade and I saw a ton of duplicates that I believe is held there. These items should be sold on the market to generate some guild funds, whether by attrition or by bulk is to be decided.
3.1 The portal should be placed very close to the market to maximize the ease of getting to it.
3.2 Crafting facilities should remain where they are.
3.3 Sapling and seed samples should be sparsely planted between the outer ring, where the mob pens and farming areas lie, and the inner area, where the market and accompanying area lie. They should planted in increasing level order, in any clock direction.
4 Recognize kama and item donations by posting their cumulative contributions on this very forum.

I don't think I should be doing that, but I can share my thoughts. This is an incomplete draft that you can use as a general guide. Edit: I've taken into account new criteria and will work on a new draft as soon as I can.
